1. Confirm Your Shipment Details

Your ShipTruPrice Guarantee remains locked in as long as the shipment details below stay accurate: ✅ Pickup and delivery locations ✅ Vehicle year, make, and model ✅ Vehicle condition (running or non-running) ✅ Transport type (open or enclosed) Important: If any of these details change, please contact us immediately so we can update your shipment before pickup.

2. Prepare Your Vehicle for Transport

Remove Personal Items • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle • Car seats, loose items, and valuables must be taken out • Remove toll passes, parking passes, and accessories • Personal items are not covered by carrier insurance and may cause delays. Clean the Vehicle Wash the exterior prior to pickup A clean vehicle allows for accurate condition documentation

3. Document the Vehicle’s Condition

Before pickup: • Take clear photos of all sides of the vehicle • Photograph any existing scratches, dents, or damage At pickup: • Review the Bill of Lading with the driver • Confirm any pre-existing damage is noted before signing

4. Mechanical & Safety Checks

Please ensure: • Fuel level is 1/4 tank or less • Tires are properly inflated • Battery is charged • No active fluid leaks �� If the vehicle is non-running, notify us in advance so the proper carrier can be assigned.

5. Disable Alarms & Secure the Vehicle

• Disable all alarm systems • Fold in mirrors if possible • Secure convertible tops

6. Provide Pickup Access

Park the vehicle in an easily accessible location If your location has restrictions (narrow streets, gated communities, apartments), a nearby meeting point may be required Have keys ready for the driver

7. Be Available on Pickup Day

Pickup windows typically range from 1–3 days, depending on route and location The carrier will call ahead to confirm arrival An authorized adult (18+) may release the vehicle if you are unavailable

8. Delivery Expectations
